Purchase Policies
Contact us indicating your order number (to locate your purchase details) and which product you wish to exchange.
- The product must be in good condition (not dirty, broken, or used).
- Only the purchased product can be exchanged (size or color), not for other models.
- Hand the product to the delivery driver in a bag with its respective tags.
- You have 15 continuous days from the date of purchase to make the request.
- To proceed with the exchange, you will have to pay the delivery driver's fee again.
- Garments purchased at a discount or during a promotion are not subject to exchange.
If you do not meet the aforementioned conditions, your product will NOT be exchanged. We do not issue refunds for products sold.
